    Pre-Launch Questions

    We're on track to launch around Week 1 of the NFL season, but make sure to stay signed up for our email updates as we get closer to launch!

    We aim to have a selection of "home" colorway jerseys from each of the teams in our pilot market, Nashville. This means, we'll have home Titans, Predators and NSC jerseys in adult sizes.

    How It Works

    As soon as we receive the order, we'll pick, pack, and prepare it for shipping/delivery to you. Once that's done, expect to receive it in 1-2 days.

    If you want a jersey for a Sunday NFL game, we recommend ordering by Thursday to ensure you get it in time.

    We're offering "one-time" rentals, which are seven days long. Just like Blockbuster or your local library, please return the jersey on time (but don't worry about rewinding - we'll take care of that!)

    We also offer a monthly subscription option, for the die-hard fan who's got to have access to the latest and greatest, all the time. You can keep any jersey as long as you want, but you can only have one out at a time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you'll have until the end of your last month to send it back to us.

    Simple! Just add the jersey you want to your shopping cart and proceed with the order. You'll receive it in 1-2 days once we process the order.

    We're working out the kinks on this behind the scenes - as we're in pre-launch mode, we don't have everything quite ready.

    But we are offering pre-sales of set length subscriptions. Just add these to your cart and order as normal, we'll be in touch when we launch about how to set up your membership.

    Sure! We're happy to take requests, but we're still a small startup, so we may not stock a jersey until we determine there's enough demand.

    If you bought a one-time rental, you'll have seven days to wear the jersey and send it back to us. If you have problems getting it back before then, send us an email at returns@jerseyexchange.co. Otherwise, we may have to charge you a late return fee, just like the library.

    We will offer old jerseys for sale once they've reached a certain point in their life. Expect to save a significant amount off of retail price, typically 50-70%.

    We'll add these to our website as they're available.

    We'd love to sell you the jersey you have and keep your subscription running so you can keep repping your favorite teams and players.

    Teams and Locations

    Right now, we're focused on our launch market in Nashville, TN. We've got Tennessee Titans (NFL), Nashville Predators (NHL), and Nashville SC (MLS) jerseys available on our platform.

    We want to be very deliberate in our growth, so the next round of cities has been determined yet. Get in touch with us and let us know where you want us to come next, we'll add it to our considerations!

    Cleaning and Re-Use

    We clean our jerseys to the same standards as professional equipment departments, nationwide. The CDC has approved normal laundry detergents as effective in cleaning clothing items that may have been exposed to the novel coronavirus.

    To prevent cross-contamination, we separate laundering activities from inventory and picking/packing/shipping in both distance and time, and our staff wear masks and wash their hands before changing between jobs.

    We're proud to offer a Hot Dog Guarantee on all of our jerseys - if you can put it on a hot dog, or you drink it while having a hot dog, we won't charge you if it gets on the jersey.

    Please don't try to launder the jersey yourself, however, before returning it to us. Sometimes this can cause the stain to "set" and we may have to assess a damage fee if we can't get it out.

    Oh no! Please get in touch with us right away - via email or the chat function on our website are the quickest. We'll resolve this ASAP.

    Damage

    We're proud to offer a Hot Dog Guarantee on all of our jerseys - if you can put it on a hot dog, or you drink it while having a hot dog, we won't charge you if it gets on the jersey.

    Please don't try to launder the jersey yourself, however, before returning it to us. Sometimes this can cause the stain to "set" and we may have to assess a damage fee if we can't get it out.

    Please reach out to us if your jersey was torn or otherwise damaged outside of the Hot Dog Guarantee. We'll talk about what your options are and how we can make everything right.

    We mean it when we ask "does it go on a hot dog" - but we recognize people put some weird stuff on their dogs!

    We'll cover any condiment, food, or beverage stain. Have fun and be your true fan. If, for some reason, there's blood on the jersey, we can't honor the Hot Dog Guarantee, however, and we'll reach out to you about what's needed in this case.

    Shipping and Returns

    As soon as we receive the order, we'll pick, pack, and prepare it for shipping/delivery to you. Once that's done, expect to receive it in 1-2 days.

    If you want a jersey for a Sunday NFL game, we recommend ordering by Thursday to ensure you get it in time.

    Please contact us via chat or email if you need a new return label. The jersey can be returned in a soft-sided mailer from your local office supply store, or in a small cardboard box.
